摘    要:利用环糊精分子的结构特征,首次通过机械化学法制备了α-、β-环糊精与三嵌段PPG-b-PEG-b-PPG共聚物的超分子包合物,并对其结构进行了红外光谱及X-射线衍射表征.结果表明,利用机械化学法可以方便快捷地制备出环糊精与三嵌段共聚物的超分子组装体,组装过程中,环糊精通过疏水相互作用与共聚物链段包合、沿分子链滑移、分子间的氢键相互作用等形成了具有管道状多聚准轮烷结构的包合物.

Preparation and characterization of inclusion complexes between two cyclodextrins and a PPG-b-PEG-b-PPG triblock polymer by mechanochemical method

Abstract:Based on the molecular structural features of eyclodextrins, supramolecular inclusion complexes were firstly prepared from α-,β-cyelodextrins and a PPG-b-PEG-b-PPG triblock polymer with mechanochemical methods and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns in this study. The results showed that the above inclusion complexes could be efficiently synthesized and had channel-type polypseudorotaxanes structures,which resulted from anchoring of cyclodextrin molecules with the copolymer segments via hydrophobic interaction, cyclodextrin molecules threading and then being comparatively fixed onto the tion between cyclodextrin molecules. copolymer segments via hydrogen bonding interaction between cyclodextrin molecules.
