摘    要:以抗线4号和合丰25两个大豆品种为试验材料,分别接种大豆胞囊线虫,研究大豆胞囊线虫对抗感品种大豆防御酶活性的影响。结果表明,抗线4号被线虫侵染后,苯丙氨酸解氨酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶都有所增加,其活性均高于感病品种合丰25。在没接种之前,抗线4号除过氧化物酶稍高外,其它两种酶活性并不高于合丰25,只是在接种线虫后,抗线4号在线虫侵染后诱导了防御酶活性的表达,合丰25在线虫侵入下酶活性增加缓慢,因此认为防御酶活性可以作为大豆抗胞囊线虫的一个生化指标。图3,参22。

Abstract:Kangxian 4 and Hefeng25 were inoculated with Heterodera glycines(SCN), the objective of this test is to confirm the effect of SCN on activities of soybean defense enzymes.The results showed that activities of phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) ,peroxidase(POD)and polyphe-nol oxidase (PPO) were increased and higher than those of Hefeng25, after four days Kangxian 4 was inoculated with SCN. Except for POD, activities of PAL and PPO of Kangxian 4 was not higher than those of Hefeng25 before two varieties were inoculated with SCN. Expression of enzymes activities were significantly induced by Kang xian 4 after it was inoculated with SCN, but there was a little increase in enzymes activities after Hefeng25 was inoculated with SCN. Activities of defense enzymes can be used as a biological and chemical target to assess the resistance of soybean to SCN.
