跳高专项力量训练手段对训练内容的影响

从运动训练学和教育学角度出发，采用程序训练法、数理统计法，经对玉林师院体育系部分学生和参加全区大学生跳高比赛的运动员，进行跳高专项力量训练的实地测量获得有关数据，并应用到跳高专项力量训练中，得出各种训练手段对训练内容有影响。研究结果表明，各种跳高专项力量训练手段对训练内容的影响都存在着不同的差异。经实践与理论分析，采用程序训练法，训练跳高专项力量训练是符合运动训练学的基本规律和各基层运动员的训练内容。

The Effects of High Jump Training Means on the Training Content

Using theories of Motion Training and pedagogy,this thesis shows,the wrriter,through some Yulin Teachers College's P.E.Department students and athletes who joined the Guangxi University High Jump Match,tries to use Procedural Training Law and Mathematical Statistical Law and go on the High Jump training's on -the -spot measures to get related data.And then the writer manages to apply this method in the high jump training and draws a conclusion:every kind of the training means has an effect on the training contents.The results of his research make clear that every sort of high jump training means has different discrepancy on the training contents. Based on practice and theory's analyse,using Procedural Training Law in high jump training contents is reasonable.
