摘    要:在模糊物元分析的基础上,结合欧氏贴近度的概念,建立了基于欧氏贴近度的黄河干流梯级水库补偿效益方案评价的模糊物元模型,采用主客观赋权法计算评价指标的权重.计算结果表明,模糊物元模型的评价结果是合理的、可行的.该模型不仅可以用于补偿效益评价,也可用于水资源(环境)承载力评价以及区域生态环境评价等多指标决策问题的研究.

Abstract:On the basis of fuzzy matter-element analysis,a fuzzy matter-element model for evaluation of compensation benefits of cascade reservoirs on the mainstream of the Yellow River was established by combination with the concept of Euclid approach degree.In order to obtain an accurate evaluation result,the objective and subjective synthetic approach was used to calculate the weights of evaluation indexes.The result shows that the fuzzy matter-element model is effective not only for evaluation of the compensation benefit,but also for multi-index decision making in evaluation of water resources bearing capacity,regional ecological environment,and so on.
