振动参数对振动流化床干燥特性的影响

摘    要:以酒糟、酱油渣、玉米和小麦为试验物料,以振动强度为振动参数的综合指标,在振动流化实验台上,分析了振动参数对振动流化床干燥特性的影响.提出了最佳振动强度的概念,给出了玉米最佳振动强度的经验式;利用临界振动强度和最佳振动强度的概念,从机理上解释了振动参数对等速干燥段和降速干燥段的干燥特性如何影响的问题.另外,还进行了振动参数与其他工艺参数的交互作用分析.

Abstract:The effects of vibration parameters on the drying behavior in a VFB dryer are studied on a modelling set-up with after-distillation grain dregs,soy dergs,corn and wheat taken as sample materials and vibration intensity as the performance index of all vibration parameters.The optimum vibration intensity is suggested with an empirical formula given to it for corn. The critical and optimum vibration intensities were applied to the problem how the vibration parameters affect the drying behaviors in constant drying period and falling drying period,and a better solution was obtained theoretically.Moreover,the interaction between vibration parameters and other process parameters was discussed.
