| 摘 要： | 把单片机应用于配料过程的自动控制系统中，采用了一种新型配料秤，实现了配料工艺过程的全自动化，从而大大降低了劳动强度，缩短了配料周期，提高了配料精度和速度。该配料秤成本低，使用方便，功能齐全，适合于各种中、小型配料工艺加工过程。

| Abstract: | The complete automation of mixing process has been realized by applying monolithic processor into its automatic control system and adopting a new type mixing balance,which greatly reduce the labour intensity,shorten the minxing period and increase the mixing precision and speed.Because of lower cost,convenient use and complete functions,this mixing balance is suitable for various middle and small-sized mixing processes. |
