Small Heat Power Plants and Sustainable Development Strategy of Shanxi

Connecting with the construction of Shanxi Energy and Heavy Chemistry Base and the strategy of sustainable development,discussing about and pointing out that whether the small heat power plants of Shanxi Province will be able to fit in with the needs of the development of market economy,the industrial policy of the state and the sustainable development strategy of whole province through strategic adjustment under new historical condition,and that whether the small heat power plants of Shanxi Province will be able to get development and progress as a benefitial supplement for the economic developing target of Shanxi Province in 21st century.
