| Abstract: | This paper introduces the components and the design principles of the parking-area with the parking-meter guidance system, and points out that establishing the parking guidance system in the areas and sections with the parking-meters can arrange the parking rationally, reduce the additional traffic volume caused by drivers' seeking the parking lot, and building the excellent traffic environment for the cities. |
