转型时期的社会心态与法律信仰

法律信仰是主体内心对法律的高度信服和尊重，并以之作为准则，它体现的是社会成员对法律的一种心理状态，而公众对法律的心理，是与社会心态密切相关的。目前，我国由于社会转型形成了一些不可忽视的社会心态巳成为阻碍法律信仰形成的直接因素。只有有效疏导这些社会心态，根本改变社会成员对法律的主观感受和价值认同，才能推动法律信抑的普遍形成。

The establishment and maintenance of the rule of law can not deviate from the support of the beliefs of law. And the formation of the beliefs of law is deeply influenced by the social mentalities. Now, the social reformation has changed the Chinese society greatly and the social mentalities has also changed. Some of them are preventing the beliefs of law from forming. So, it is urgent to help people change their thinking of the sociality and the law. When people think that obeying the law can make them rich and happy, they will approve the value of law and form the beliefs of law.
