摘    要:面向矿业与矿区可持续发展的挑战与空间信息技术应用的优越性,从区域、行业两个视角探讨了基于空间信息技术的可持续发展保障体系,重点分析了矿业安全生产与防灾减灾、矿区环境保护与生态整治、矿产资源高效集约利用管理、矿区-矿业城市可持续发展决策支持系统4个核心保障层中空间信息技术应用的发展现状与关键技术问题,提出今后需要重点研究的问题,包括异构信息复合、空间数据挖掘、灾害与环境过程时空模拟、生态环境参数定量反演、空间决策支持系统构建等。

Abstract:For sustainable development of mining industry and mining areas and using Spatial Information Technologies (SIT), the SIT-based supporting system for sustainable development is discussed from regional and industrial aspects. The applications of SIT to four key fields, including safe production and disaster prevention and mitigation, environmental protection and ecological treatment, optimal and intensive use of mineral resources, and Spatial Decision-making Support System (SDSS) for mining areas and mining industrial cities, are analyzed in detail with respect to their current situation and key techniques. Some key issues that should be researched in a near future are pinpointed, and they are integration of multi-sources and heterogeneous information, spatial data mining, spatio-temporal simulation of disaster and environmental processes, quantitative inversion of ecological and environmental parameters and the establishment of SDSS.
