改性分子筛MCM—41的氮气,水,环己烷吸附等温线

摘    要:
采用三甲基氯硅烷、二甲基二氯硅烷以及水蒸气对高硅分子筛MCM-41进行改性,通过对氮气,水和环己烷的吸附等温线测定,以及XRD对改性后的MCM-41进行表征。实验结果表明,MCM-41除具有一维的直孔道外,还存在微孔或孔壁缺陷;MCM-41表面改性处理后,改变了MCM-41表面硅羟基数,也调变了MCM-41的孔径及疏水程度。

Abstract:
High siliceous MCM-41 molecular sieve was modified with chlorotrimethylsilane,dimethyl -dichlorosilane, and air saturated water steam. XRD, adsorpt ion isotherms of nitrogen, water and cyclohexane, were used to characterize the modified MCM-41. The results show that there are micropores and defects of pore surface in MCM-41 structure. The number of surface hydroxy radical of MCM-41 and the pore diameter of the niolecular sieve can be changed by modification. The hydrophobic character of MCM-41 has been changed af- ter modification.
