| 摘 要： | 校长培训模式直接影响着培训的效果,适合的培训模式能高效地实现培训目标。本文分析了几种已经实践工作中运用校长培训模式,介绍了几种值得关注的新模式,并对进一步丰富培训模式提出见解。
