KBr∶Pb~(2+)单晶喇曼谱的温度演化及其机制

摘    要:在液氮温度下对 x 射线辐照后的 KBr:Pb~(2+)单晶进行了喇曼研究.锻烧实验发现频移为161cm~(-1)和275cm~(-1)信号存在着温度相关现象.在绝对温度77K时161cm~(-1)信号占绝对优势,275cm~(-1)信号强度很弱.在锻烧温度为230K 时,161cm~(-1)信号变得极弱,而275cm~(-1)信号占绝对优势.161cm~(-1)和275cm~(-1)信号被分别指认为 KBr:Pb~(2+)单晶中的 Br_~-和 Br_~-色心的非弹性散射.

Abstract:Raman study has been Carried out on KBr:Pb~(2+) single crystal after an x-ray irradiation at liquid nitragen temperature.In the annealing experiments it is found that the intensities of 161cm~(-1) and 275cm~(-1) signals show a temperature dependent phenomenon.At 77K the 161cm~(-1) signal is very strong,but the 275cm~(-1),very weak.When annealing temperature is at 230K,the 161cm~(-1) signal becomes very weak, but the 275em~(-1) signal,very strong.They are assigned as Br_3~- and Br_5~- center's inelastic light scattering in KBr:Pb~(2+),respectively.
