油菜促生菌的研究和应用:Ⅰ菌种的分离和筛选

摘    要:1988—1989年从南昌市郊油菜根际土壤分离得161个菌株,从中筛选出13个菌株进行生长促进试验.二次盆栽试验结果表明,JS-3和JS-4的促生长效果最好,油菜出苗率、植株鲜重、株高和叶片的大小以及产量均有显著增长.同时还讨论了JS-3、JS-4与JS司和JS-2配成菌株组合的增产效果.

Abstract:During 1988-1989, 161 bacterial strains were isolated from root zones of rapeseed at the suburb of Nanchang. Of these strains,thirteen strains selected were tested by pot culture for the growth-promoting effects on rapeseed. The results showed that JS-3 and JS-4 presented the best effects. Seedling emergence,the fresh weight of plant, plant height, the size of leaf and yields were markedly increased in compare with the controls in two repeated tests. In addition, the growth-promoting effects of mixtures with JS-1 and JS-3 or JS-1 and JS-4 were discussed.
