| 摘 要： | 区县科技进步是地区科技进步的基石,是提高地区整体实力和竞争力的基础。通过对区县科技进步状况开展监测评价,有利于量化分析各区县科技进步综合能力和差异,巩固优势,发现不足,对进一步提升区域综合科技竞争力具有重要意义。对2013年度天津市区县科技进步统计监测评价结果进行分析,针对所发现问题提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The role of districts and counties in the progress of science and technology is like a cornerstone for the region. Through carrying out monitoring and appraisals on scientific and technological progress status of districts and counties, it will become more favorable for the quantitative analysis on their comprehensive competence and finding their differences and is of great significance to the promotion of comprehensive competiveness of regional science and technology. The statistical and monitoring results of scientific and technological progress status of districts and counties of Tianjin in 2013 were analyzed and relative countermeasures were proposed. |
