北大港水库2011年度库区和移民安置区基础设施项目环境影响评价

对滨海新区北大港水库2011年度库区和移民安置区基础设施项目施工期间和运营期间进行环境影响评价,其程序由总论、项目概况、项目所在环境概况、环境影响评价、拟采取的主要环保措施及结论 6个部分组成。通过综合评价可知,工程实施后符合各项政策和规划,采取一定环保措施之后对环境影响较小,具有环境可行性。

Environmental Impact Assessment on Infrastructure Project （2011） in both Reservoir Area and Inhabitant Resettlement Area of Beida＇gang Reservoir

In this paper, an environmental impact assessment on me infrastructure project （2011） in the reservoir area and inhabitant resettlement area in the Beida＇gang Reservoir Region in Tianjin Binhai New Area during both construc- tion and operation period was carried out. The assessment consisted of six parts, including introduction, general situation of the project, the project＇s environmental situation, environmental impact assessment, designed environ- mental protection measures and a conclusion. The comprehensive evaluation results showed that the implementation of the project conformed to relative policies and plannings and the environment was less affected after the adoption of certain environmental protection measures. In a word, the project was proved with environmental feasibility.
