| 摘 要： | 本为曾吉等人的章(献1])的继续．曾的章推广了单模情形下分次环的Clifford直接理论．得到了对有限生成半单分次模情形下的Clifford直接理论．在此基础上．将单模上分次环的Clifford转移理论推广到有限生成半单模上的分次环的Clifford转移理论．

| Abstract: | This paper continues the previous work of Zeng and Shi,where a generalized Clifford direct theory is established.With this theory,the authors extend in this note the Clifford shifting theory for group-graded rings over graded simple modules to its counterpart over finitely generated graded semi-simple modules. |
