披沙拣金匠心独运--评专著《我国巨型大学的管理与组织模式研究》

《我国巨型大学的管理与组织模式研究》是迄今研究中国巨型大学组织管理和制度建设最为全面的专著。作者在一般组织管理理论指导下,颇有新意地揭示国外巨型大学管理与组织模式的普遍特征,并根据我国国情,融合作者多年穿梭感悟于高等教育管理理论与实践之间的经验,提出关于我国巨型大学管理与组织模式抉择富有建设性的真知灼见。在本文中,笔者结合多年参与大学管理与改革的点滴体会,就一般大学、处于改革发展中的中国大学、新近崛起的中国巨型大学三个层面以及该部专著的特色分析,探讨其理论意义和现实意义。

The book A Research into Management and Organization Modes of Multiversities in Our Country is by far them most comprehensive publication specialized in the study of the management and organization as well as the system construction of the multiversities in China.The author of the book has,guided by the general theories on organization and management,revealed the common features of the multiversities in Western countries in a new perspective,and has,based on the realistic conditions in China and his many years of study and practice in higher education,put forward some suggestive and penetrating views on the choice of the management and the organization modes of the multiversities in China.In this paper,the author has,based on his years of experience in the management and reforming work in the universities,analyzed the characteristics of the book as well as its theoretical and practical significance in the perspective of the ordinary universities,the universities under reform and the uprising universities.
