| 摘 要： | 韩非子作为我国先秦时期法家理论的集大成者，在谈到法治问题时阐述了他的消费欲望观、消费道德观、消费与需求关系观、奢侈消费观，这些观点有对有错，如何取其精华，去其糟粕，为我国社会主义现代化建设服务值得深入探讨。

| Abstract: | Han Feizi is a master of the Law School in the early Qing Dynasty of China. In stating his view of “rule of law”, he expounded his thought about consumption desire, consumption morality, relationship between consumption and demand, luxurious consumption. Some of his points are right, some of them are wrong. We should make a good study of them to introduce them into socialist modernization. |
