| Abstract: | There are new requirements for the experiment Teaching p ersonnel in universities with the developments of modern science and technology and the reforms in colleges and universities. The quality composition of experim ent teaching personnel has been expounded, the present situation and forming rea sons of experiment teaching personnel's quality have been analyzed. The ways to raise the quality of experiment teaching personnel in coleges and universities have been pointed out. |
