大港油田自来屯掺水管线成垢机理的静态研究

摘    要:针对大港油田枣园地区自来屯掺水系统水质矿化度高、结垢严重的特点,在对大港油田枣园地区自来屯掺水系统水质及垢样组成的分析基础上,从温度升高,pH值、各种成垢离子含量、矿化度、管壁粗糙度等因素对成垢量的影响及结垢过程中溶液pH值的变化进行了详细研究,温度升高,pH值增大及重碳酸根离子含量增大结垢量明显增加.特别是pH值增大,成垢量增加更为显著.该实验结果为大港油田枣园地区自来屯掺水管线成垢量的预测、阻垢和清垢提供了依据

Abstract:In view of the high salinity and critical scale water quality characteristics of Zilaitun water system of Zaoyuan District,Dagang Oil Field and on the basis of analysing the water quality and incrustation compositation,the effect of temperature,pH value,scale ion,salinity and roughness of the tube wall on the amount of scale and the change of pH in the scaling process were studied. It was found that the amount of scale inreased obviously with the rising of temperature and the increase of pH valve and the amount of bicarbonate ions. The temperature and pH valve affect most.
