| 摘 要： | 1993年我国开始应用稳健原则，但是随着市场经济的发展，公司制的规范运作和国际经济一体化进程的加快，必须将稳健原则予以推广和普及。本论述了稳健原则的必要性及其运用，以及在运用过程中，应注意的几个问题。
