| 摘 要： | 在一种金属离子Ca2+ ]及两种金属离子Ca2+ ,Mg2+ ]螯合剂缓冲体系中总Ca2+ ]t 的计算工作基础上,进行了含有两种金属离子Ca2+ ,Mg2+ ]——螯合剂缓冲体系中自由钙Ca2+ ]的计算研究.特别是利用微机给出了简单计算公式,编制了计算程序;并给出部分常用数据.只要在所需pH 值、温度、EDTA]t 或EGTA]t 浓度条件下,根据实验要求,由Ca2+ ]t 和Mg2+ ]t 就可以求出自由Ca2+ ].

| Abstract: | On the basic w orking w e have calculated totalCa2+ ]t in calcium -chelator buffersystem ofone m etalionCa2+ ]ortwo m etalionsCa2+ ,Mg2+ ],and w e studied the calculation of freeCa2+ ] concentration in the calcium -chelator buffer system of tw o m etalions Ca2+ ,Mg2+ ].With the aid ofcom puter w e m ade out a sim ple form ula and som e frequently used data. According to the requirem ent of special experim ent,the form ula and data can be used for calculating the free Ca2+ ]on certain condition of pH,tem perature, total concentration ofthe Ca2+ ]t,Mg2+ ]t,EGTA]t or EDTA]t. |
