以瑞典为例论我国自然资源立法之要

自然资源保护是世界各国高度重视的问题,许多国家建立了较为完善的自然资源立法体系。我国的自然境资源立法虽然已基本形成体系,但是仍然存在着若干方面的问题。本文通过对瑞典的自然资源立法状况进行分析,借鉴其先进的立法经验,从我国的实际情况出发,提出了完善我国环境资源立法的若干建议和对策。
