计算机辅助设计中的产品信息建模

本文提出了机械产品设计过程中各种设计信息的模型化方法,着重讨论了产品概念设计中的机构运动模型、机构结构模型和装配简图模型之间设计信息的传递和迭代,装配图和零件图之间存在的双向联系:通过零件的装配定位求解和图形轮廓搜索、图形裁剪运算可以实现从零件图到装配图的信息转换;通过产品设计信息的继承可以实现装配图中零件图的自动拆卸.

Modeling of Product Information for Computer-Aided Design

This paper proposed modeling method of several design informations for designing mechanical products, putting emphasis on the trasmission and iteration of the design information between mechanism moving model, constructure model and assembly drawings model as well as the bidirectional connection between assembly drawings and part drawings in the concept design of products. Information conversion from part dawing to assembly drawing could be achieved through locating solution of part assembly, pattern contour search and pattern cutting-out calculation, and the automatical disassembly of part drawings from assembly drawing could be achieved through the succession the product design information.
