| 摘 要： | 当前，师范学校正处于升入专科学校的关键时期，图书馆也正在发生着巨大的变化，现代化程度日益提高，面临着新的机遇和挑战，图书馆工作人员也必须适应形势的发展。文章从几个方面阐述了当前中等师范学校图书馆员在全面提高素质方面的一些观点和看法。
