我国江湖洲滩血吸虫病控制对策的思考和建议

简介了我国江湖洲滩血吸虫病的流行概况、钉螺及血吸虫的生物学特性、动物血吸虫病流行特点，巧妙地设计出消灭病原、洪水涨落前后进行封洲禁牧等措施，使人畜下洲后不与水体中的钉螺接触，切断病原进入螺体和人（畜）体内，从而转变灭病必先灭螺的观念，做到有螺无害、净化草洲，达到控制血吸虫病流行的目的。

Consideration and Suggestion on the Policy of Controlling Schistosomiasis in the Lake Regions in China

The article briefly introduced the endemic situation of schistosomiasis,biological characteristics of oncomelania and schistosoma, endemic characteristics of animal schistosomiasis in the lake regions in China, well designed the controlling method of eliminating infective origin, isolating lake meadow and forbidding pasturing before and after flooding to avoid human and susceptible animals to contact with snail in the water and prevent infective origin from entering snail and human and animal body. It changed the idea of eliminating snail first to eliminate schistosomiasis. Therefore, it could reach the goal of controlling schisotosomiasis by keeping snail from being harmless and making the grassland in the lake region clean.
