摘    要:企业管理的改革,特别是大型国有企业的改革,对于每个企业来说都是严峻的挑战,而在众多改革之中,最难推行、风险最大的莫过于企业薪酬体系的改革。在分析某国有企业现行薪酬制度的基础上,介绍了其重新设计薪酬体系的原则及所取得的成效,并对该企业薪酬管理制度的改革进行了思考。

Abstract:The reform of enterprise management, especially the reform of large-scale state-owned enterprise, is a severe challenge for all enterprises.And among various reforms, nothing is more difficult than the reform of salary system as being most at risk.Based on analyzing the existing salary system of a state-owned enterprise, this paper introduces the principles of re-designed salary system and obtained achievements, and considers the reform of salary management system of this enterprise.
