基于实码遗传算法的汽车变速箱可靠性优化设计

摘    要:对渐开线圆柱齿轮可靠性设计做了深入的理论分析,建立了汽车变速箱可靠性优化设计模型,并使用实码遗传算法求解大规模复杂优化设计问题,以便获得全局最优解。对BC174B汽车变速箱的优化结果表明该方法是行之有效的。

Abstract:The reliability design of involute cylindrical gears was studied theoretically, and a reliability optimization model of an automobile gearbox was proposed. In order to obtain global optimal results, the real-coded genetic algorithm was used to solve large complex optimization problems. The results show that the method is successfully applied to the reliability optimized design of an automobile gearbox for BC174B.
