| 摘 要： | 用弹塑性有限元法模拟了连铸板坯在摆式飞剪下的剪切过程，并着重分析了变形过程中应力场及应变场的变化情况，得出了剪切力-行程曲线，摩擦力、剪刃间隙和剪切速度对最大剪切力影响的一般规律，为指导实际生产提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | A three dimensional finite element model is presented for thermo mechanical coupled finite deformation problems, and using the model, swinging shear shearing process is simulated by computer. The main result is a shearing force traveling curve which depends on the friction, thickness and gap. The model can be used to direct the actual production. |
