| 摘 要： | 本文根据四膜虫线粒体DNA（mtDNA）对碱稳定这一特性，建立了一种更为简便的，能直接提取四膜虫线粒体DNA的方法。该方法快速简便，重复性好，可用于游离细胞材料mtDNA的提取。

| Abstract: | Tetrahymena mtDNA has stability in alkaline condition and terminal inversion rePeat sequence. Based on these characteristics, the present paper reports a simple modified alkaline lysis method for extraction of Tetrahymena mtDNA. with this method mtDNA can be isolated from whole cells without prior purification of the mitochondria The method has advantage of rapid and good repeatability and the pure mtDNA extracted by the method can be directly applicable to RFLP analysis. |
