| 摘 要： | 河南省农村人口转移压力较大,城镇化目标应建立在实现农村充分就业、提高农村地区容纳人口数量的基础之上.应根据我国居民对粮食和食物需求的增长趋势,预测粮食和耕地需求量,以及农业所能承载的最大人口数量,计算农村剩余劳动力以及可以向城市转移的人口数,依此科学地确定全省城镇化水平的合理比率.

Their urbanization target should build on full employment in village and raising the population quantity in village area.
