| 摘 要： | 按照RCM的基本原理,分析了机械设备潜在性故障和功能故障以及P-F间隔期及其有效性和适用性准则。阐述了机械设备的故障规律及早期故障期、偶发故障期、耗损故障期的特点,最后依据不同的故障规律,选择不同的维修策略。

| Abstract: | The machine equipments latent faults and function faults according to the RCM basic principle and the P-F interval period are analyzed, and the usefulness and applicability rule of the P-F interval period, elaborates the faults regulation and the characteristic that the machine equipments are expected to the early ,occasional and loss period. Finally accroding to the different faults regulation, the maintenance strategy is choosed. |
