摘    要:以红色素产生菌W0为出发菌株,通过微波诱变、微波和紫外复合诱变,得到3株产红色素较高的生产菌W1,W2,W3,结果表明,复合诱变比单一因子诱变的效果好,复合诱变筛选到的W3产生红色素的色价由1.073提高到1.748,提高了63%.遗传稳定性实验表明,3株突变株的产红色素的性能较稳定.

Abstract:A Red Pigment-yielded strain W0 was used as initial strain and mutated by induction of microwave and combined mutation method of microwave and UV,3 high-yield strains W1,W2,W3 were bred.The results showed that the effect of combined mutation method was obvious than that of single method,the color value of red pigment high-yield strain W3 increased by 63% from 1.073 to 1.748.Determination of genetic stability showed that the hereditary character of the high-yield mutant W1,W2,W3 was stable.
