| 摘 要： | 提高大学档案的利用率,其基本的策略是:更新思想观念,加大宣传教育力度,规范档案工作制度,强化档案利用率意识;增强技术能力水平,提高档案管理现代化水平;优化档案教育,建设具有实际工作能力和创新精神的高素质档案队伍;创新工作机制,构建以利用率为导向、以开放率为基础、以开发率为关键的大学档案工作评估体系。

| Abstract: | The basic tactics of improving the utilization ratio of the university's archives are: renewing sense of thought, strengthening propaganda and education, normalization the archive work system, intensifying the sense of utilization ratio of the archives; amplifying technical level, improving the modernization of archive management; completing archive's education, setting up a archive team that has the work ability and enterprising spirit; innovating operating system, constructing a university archive work evaluation system which guides the utilization ratio, basic opening and exploitation ratio. |
