| 摘 要： | 通过对现有城中村问题的解决方案的比较分析,指出现有方案难以保障城中村改造目标的实现,使政府陷入困境.提出:通过土地证券化,化解城中村改造中的利益冲突,既实现政府改造城中村的目的,又保证城中村居民的经济利益的新思路.

| Abstract: | Through to comparating the solution of urban-village problem, pointed out the existing plan safeguards in with difficulty the urban-village transformation goal realization, causes the government to fall into the difficult position. Based on this, this article proposed a new method that the conflicts of interest will be resolved through the land securitization, namely the realization government the goal of renovation and the guarantee the village inhabitant's economic interest. |
