| 摘 要： | 借助有限元分析软件Ansys对平整机牌坊进行弹塑性力学结构分析，得出了在平整过程中牌坊的变形情况与载荷分布等分析结果.通过工程力学的方法对平整机牌坊进行理论计算，并与Ansys分析结果进行比较与分析，完成了牌坊的优化设计.

| Abstract: | The elastic structure analysis on a skin pass mill housing was carried out by means of finite element analysis software Ansys and the details about the deformation and load distribution during leveling process were obtained.The housing was analysed theoretically at the same time according to the theory of engineering mechanics and the results were compared with those by Ansys in order to complete the optimization design of the skin pass mill housing. |
