| 摘 要： | 研究了在利用废甲醇催化剂生产活性氧化锌过程中,过硫酸铵脱除硫酸锌溶液中铁锰杂质的方法,其实验结果表明,适宜的工艺条件为溶液pH=7,反应温度为85～90℃,氧化时间2 h,硫酸锌溶液的浓度1.5 mol/L;与高锰酸钾氧化法比较,本工艺具有容易操作,铁锰杂质脱除率高的优点,在上述工艺条件下,活性氧化锌产品中铁锰杂质的含量分别低于0.000 3%和0.000 5%.图3,表1,参8.
