摘    要:Al-Ti-B是目前Al合金中应用最为广泛的晶粒细化剂,其晶粒细化行为受到细化剂组织状态、细化工艺、合金成分等因素的影响;尤其是应用于Al-Si系合金时,毒化效应的存在削弱了细化效果,成为制约Al-Si合金晶粒细化效果的重大瓶颈。总结了Al-Ti-B在Al-Si合金中晶粒细化的研究进展,重点阐述了毒化效应的影响及其作用机制,归纳了外加超声能量场对细化行为的影响作用,最后展望了未来的研究方向。

Abstract:Al-Ti-B is the most widely used grain refiner in Al alloys, and its refining behavior is affected by the microstructural condition of refiner, refining process, alloy composition and other factors. Especially, when it is applied to Al-Si alloys, the existence of poisoning effect weakens the refinement effect, and has become a major bottleneck restricting the grain refinement effect of Al-Si alloys. The research progress of grain refinement of Al-Ti-B in Al-Si alloys was summarized, the influence of toxic effect and its mechanism were emphasized, the effect of external ultrasonic energy field on refinement behavior was summarized, and finally the future research direction was prospected.
