基于创新应用型人才培养的实验教学改革研究与实践

从广东工业大学实验教学中心的实际情况出发,针对国家教育部和当前广东省对经管类人才培养提出的新要求,进一步强调对创新型、应用型和复合型人才的培养。在创新应用型人才培养过程中,树立先进的教育理念和教学观念、建立符合创新型人才培养要求的实验教学体系、改革和创新实验内容与实验教学方法、依靠结构合理的实验队伍和新的运行机制等措施保证实验教学和改革的顺利实施,促进学生知识、能力和综合素质的协调发展,使实验教学真正达到支撑人才培养的目标。

Research and practice on experimental teaching reform based on the cultivation of innovative applied talents

Based on the real situation of experimental teaching center of Guangdong University of Technology and the new requirement of the Chinese Ministry of Education and Guangdong Province on the cultivation of talents in economics and management specialties,this paper further emphasizes on the cultivation of innovative,applied and multiple talents.During the talent cultivating progress,some measures,i.e.building advanced educational ideals and teaching idea,establishing experimental teaching system that meets the requirement of the cultivation of innovative talents,reforming the experimental contents and teaching method and properly structured experimental team and new operation mechanism ensure the implemention of experimental teaching reform,thus promoting the coordinated development of students＇ knowledge,ability and comprehensive quality and supporting the goal of the cultivation of talents.
