双向人字槽液体润滑止推轴承动力性能

摘    要:采用有限元法解雷诺方程,研究了双向人字槽液体润滑止推轴承的承载力、轴向刚度系数和阻尼系数,并与相同参数下正转、反转的单向人字槽止推轴承进行比较,计算结果表明,双向人字槽止推轴承的承载力、轴向刚度系数和阻尼系数稍差于正转时的单向人字槽轴承,但优于反转时的单向人字槽轴承,在合理的设计参数范围内,通过优化,双向人字槽液体润滑止推轴承可以得到良好的动力性能,在变向转动工况下,其动力生变化不大。

Abstract:Finite element method is employed to solve Reynolds equation and investigate dynamical performance of two way herringbone grooved liquid lubricated thrust bearing(HGTB). Numerical results indicate that the load capacities, axial stiffness coefficients and damping coefficients of two way HGTB are slightly lower than those of one way HGTB at pumping in rotation, but much higher than those of one way HGTB at pumping out rotation. By optional design, a good dynamical performance of two way HGTB can be achieved when rotation is in both directions.
