摘    要:本文研究了Co-5-Cl-PADAB间接测汞的方法。用汞定量将Co(DDTC)_2/CHCl_3溶液解析,Co ̄(2+)进入水相与钴试剂反应生成水溶性紫红色络合物,以加入钴试剂的水样为参比,在57nm处测定水溶液的吸光度。汞含量在0~5×10 ̄(-3)g/L之间遵守比尔定律,最低检出限为6.4×10 ̄(-5)g/L,该方法操作简单快速,选择性好。

Abstract:A method of indirect determination of mercury by cobalt-5-Cl-PADABwas reported.Mercury replaced cobalt of Co(DDTC)_2 in chloroform solutionquttntitatively,then cobalt ion was transferred to aqueous solution,and reacted with5-Cl-PADAB to form Durplish red complex compound.The complex was determined at570nm employing spectrophotometer mode1 721.The calibration curve exhibits linear inthe range of 0 to 5×10 ̄(-3)g/L for mercury.the detection limit of the method is 6.4×10 ̄(-5)g/L.This method displayed rapidity,simplicity and distinctive selectivity.
