麻栎树皮的化学成分研究

摘    要:采用硅胶层析色谱、凝胶层色谱及高效液相色谱等多种常规分离方法对麻栎树皮乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行化学成分研究,从中分离得到8个单体化合物,根据波谱数据和文献鉴定结构分别为:(+)-5'-methoxy-isolariciresinol-9'-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(1),isolariciresinol rhamnopyranoside(2),(+)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(3),槲皮素(4),5,7,3',4'-四羟基黄酮醇-3-O-葡萄糖苷(5),β-香树脂醇(6),β-谷甾醇(7),胡萝卜苷(8).其中,化合物1~6和8为首次从该种植物中分离得到.

Abstract:In this research,8 compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate( Et OAc) barks of Quercus acutissima Carruth with the silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20,HPLC et al. On the basis of the spectra analysis,the 8 compounds were elucidated as the flowing:( +)-5'-methoxy-isolariciresinol-9'-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside( 1),isolariciresinol rhamnopyranoside( 2),( +)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside( 3),quercetin( 4),5,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxy-flavonol-3-O-glycoside( 5),β-amyrin( 6),β-sitosterol( 7),and daucosterol( 8). Among these compounds,compounds 1-6 and 8 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
