| Abstract: | Civilian-run economy has already been main force to provide effective supply and promote economy in China.Developing civilian-run enterprise helps to promote the reform and reorganization of state-owned economy and shift from binary economic structure to monistic structure.Hence, to develop civilian-run economy involves emancipating the mind, solving its access to the market and constructing a favorable environment of law, funds collection and policy. |
