| 摘 要： | 调制传递函数（Ｍｏｄｕｌａｔｉｏｎ Ｔｒａｎｓｆｅｒ Ｆｕｎｃｔｉｏｎ－ＭＴＦ）是评价成像系统质量的重要指标。介绍了用ＭＴＦ来评价ＣＣＤ的质量方法，给出调制传递函数的测量方法，讨论了ＣＣＤ接收正弦光栅图样后的数据采集、转换及处理技术。结果表明，本方法具有成本低、简便易测、精度高等优点。

| Abstract: | Modulation transfer function ( MTF ) is an important quality index of evaluating image forming system. In this paper,the method measuring MTF of CCD using frequency\|variable sine grating pattern is discussed. The emphasis is put on data collection,transfer and processing techniques. The measuring and calculating of MTF of some CCD are given. |
