| 摘 要： | 当代大学生存在着许多的心理问题,比如学习和生活的不适,人际交往能力缺乏、情感上的挫折、就业上的压力以及思想上的困惑等。为加强大学生心理健康教育,提高大学生心理素质,高校应该加强心理教育课程改革和教材建设,充分发挥心理咨询作用,加强心理健康师资队伍建设,开展第二课堂和实践活动等。

| Abstract: | At present there exist a number of psychological problems, such as unsatisfactory study and living, lack of social communication skills, emotional frustrations, employment pressure and ideological puzzles. In order to strengthen the education on their healthy psychology and enhance their psychological quality, colleges and universities shall pay attention to the reform of psychological courses and books, make full use of psychological consultation , upgrade the construction of psychological consultation teams and organize extracurricular and practical activities. |
