工科院校跨域交融实践教学运行模式研究与实践

摘    要:21世纪高等教育质量的核心标准是学生是否具有创新精神和工程实践能力.文中针对工科院校应用型人才工程实践及创新能力培养现状,探讨了基于“知识、能力、素质”多元培养的实践教学体系内涵建设思路和“学校-企业-师资”合作推动的“跨域交融”实践教学保障体系,实施结果表明该实践教学模式具有较好的实际效果.

Abstract:The core standard of 21st century higher education quality is the students' creative spirit and engineering practice abili- ty. According to the current training status of engineering practice and innovation ability in engineering colleges, the construction idea of practical teaching system based on the "knowledge, ability and quality" is discussed. Also, the cross-domain integration practical teaching security system of "University-Enterprise-Teacher" is proposed. The operational results show that the practice teaching model has good practical effect.
