| 摘 要： | 《生物化学实验》教学,不仅要训练学生生物化学方面的基本操作技能,而且要加强培养学生观察、记录、分析问题能力,为后续的专业课程的学习奠定良好的专业基础.作者在生物化学实验教学实践中,从实验教学条件、教学内容、实验准备、考核方法进行改革,并获得了较好的教学效果.

| Abstract: | Biochemistry experimental teaching does not only train basic operation skills, but also cultivate students＇ observation, record and analysis capacity of students, and establish the foundation of the follow-up courses. We reformed the experimental teaching condi- tions, teaching content, experiment preparation, evaluation method, and has obtained the good teaching effect. |
