| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了抗战胜利后到新中国建立的历史时期(1945—1949)内棉纺织行业的恢复、发展、转折和危机;对旧中国的国营企业——中国纺织建设公司接收日本在华纺织企业、垄断国内纺织品市场和进出口贸易以及它的功过作了介绍和论述;对民营企业从繁荣走向衰败的因果作了分析;最后介绍了棉纺织业的主要资本家队伍在解放前复杂的形势下,发生分化,并做出各自的决择,不少爱国资本家最终走上参加新中国建设宏大队伍的简要经过。
