摘    要:本文提出了氢化物──原子荧光法(HGAFS)测定微量铅的新方法.对氢化物的发生、介质的影响、其它元素的干扰等进行了研究.本方法快速、简便,检出限为0.2ng/ml,测量的线性范围为0~120ng/ml,常见的十余种元素不干扰铅的测定.

Abstract:A new method for the determination of trace Lead in wine by "HGAFS" is established. The effect of medium, generation of hydride and interference of ions have been discussed. The method shows its high sensitivity and selectivity. Under optium conditions, the detection limit is 0 2 ng /ml, and the linear range is 0-120 ng/ml. More than ten of usual elements where exist in wine have no effect on the measurement of trace lead.
